University Academic Program Review Process Per policy of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, all academic programs must be periodically reviewed. This review must involve both qualitative and quantitative data, and decisions made must be based on evidence. These reviews take place every five (5) years for new programs, seven (7) years for undergraduate programs, and every ten (10) years for graduate programs. IE manages the program review process by supporting academic programs under review and facilitating the identification of actions and decisions resulting from program reviews. Both Enterprise Collaboration, Meeting & Event Support The Office of Classroom & Event Scheduling works collaboratively with customers of the enterprise to guide them through the event planning process, support the reservation of event space and technical services, and provide oversight, coordination of their event. The team is dedicated to creating exceptional events and helping to enrich the overall event scheduling experience at Augusta University/AU Health. The Classroom Services team uses EMS, a room scheduling software to schedule events in enterprise shared spaces. EMS is also used for academic classroom assignments, in conjunction with Banner. University Faculty Credentialing Support Requests IE maintains a high level of familiarity with the SACSCOC standards for faculty credentialing and can provide a review and analysis of a faculty members credentials at the time of hire or before an assignment to teach a particular course. In the event that an alternative justification is required, IE can review the proposed justification and provide an analysis of its sufficiency.
