Not sure where to start your off-campus housing search? We're here to help! Here, you will find many resources to ensure your housing search goes smoothly!

Whether a student lives in on-campus dormitories or in off-campus apartments, Augusta University guarantees an experience like no other. Off-campus living guarantees students the perfect blend of independence and practicality, while still enjoying AU's campus life.

Students beginning their off-campus housing search can find various resources available that explore AU's very own off-campus marketplace, additional renter-friendly campus partners and many educational tips and tricks.

Off-Campus Marketplace

Augusta University’s Off-Campus Marketplace assists in finding the right rentals for you! The marketplace includes a rental search, distance from campus, renter resources and a roommate search. This tool also allows you to specify your housing search, from sublets to rentals, allows you to contact the landlord and find parking and transportation.

In addition to AU’s Off-Campus Marketplace, we have many other campus partners located in the Augusta area that regularly rent to students.
