Seven AU alumna were finalists for their respective school districts for Teacher of the Year honors.
The initiative gives first-year, first-generation students the chance to graduate debt-free, while providing mentorship, leadership and academic support.
"We’re not only supporting their education but also strengthening the health care infrastructure in Georgia’s underserved regions," says David Hess, MD.
“Convocation invites our students to become part of our AU family and establishes a sense of belonging on the front end of college," says Elizabeth Huggins, EdD.
