You may submit your job electronically to email@example.com. Please send a hard copy of the IDR when submitting a job. We offer free pickup and delivery. For additional information on sending files electronically, please contact Kelly Fincher at 706-721-3575.
It is important that you read very carefully each proof that is provided to you from Printing Services. This includes jobs that you submit electronically. There is no charge for simple corrections, however there may be additional charges for design changes or excessive copy changes. Design changes are billed at $50.00 per/hour.
Copy and Print Services follows the Augusta University Brand Guidelines for all material printed for departmental use.
Copy and Print Services is pleased to offer a departmental copier management program. Copy and Print Services has negotiated special pricing for departmental copiers through Pollock Company. We have a wide range of models including color copiers to choose from. All systems are network ready for printing and scanning at no additional charge. Generally, the departmental copier management program offers better equipment at a lower cost for departments. The machines are refreshed about every 5 years.
The departmental copier program also features PaperCut Print Management software that can offer tools to help improve security, control cost and reduce the environmental impact of printing.
