What if I can't see my advisees in JagTrax?
For some advisors, the assignment of the advisor to the advisee in Banner is required to review their record in JagTrax. Appropriate Banner access is required to add an advisor to a student record in Banner.
If you have already been provisioned the appropriate access, follow the instructions for Adding Advisors to Banner.
If you or your departmental administrative assistant need access, please complete the System Access Request Form.

Is it possible to identify remaining program requirements by reviewing JagTrax?
Yes, JagTrax lists degree requirements in a block format.
Are grades visible in JagTrax?
Grades are updated in JagTrax at the end of each semester after the completion of "End Of Term Processing." Once processed, grades are viewable in JagTrax following the nightly refresh.
What if information in JagTrax isn't up to date?
There could be many reasons that information in JagTrax is not up to date. A few of the most common are listed below.

What steps should be taken if the information in JagTrax is not correct?
Any discrepancy should be brought to the attention of the Registrar's Office.

Core Curriculum is not marked complete. | Core courses are evaluated by the Office of Academic Admissions. If all final transcripts have been received and requirements have been met and your core is not marked complete, please contact the Registrar's Office at jagtrax@augusta.edu. |

Is a JagTrax worksheet like a transcript?
JagTrax is an unofficial audit of coursework, as well as an outline of all degree requirements. A transcript is your official university record and must be requested using the link below.
When should a student/advisor review a degree audit?
A degree audit can be reviewed at any time, but it is recommended to do so at least four times a semester:
Is it possible to print worksheets from JagTrax?
Yes. Choose "Print" from the top menu bar.
Will my entire course history be available in JagTrax?
JagTrax uses the information listed on your official transcript. In addition to completed and in-progress requirements, JagTrax will list outstanding requirements. All updates made prior to the last refresh will be available for viewing in JagTrax. JagTrax is refreshed nightly.
When do I need to submit a course substitution form?
A course substitution should be completed when a student is following the curriculum for the correct catalog year, but took a course in place of another.
Why am I getting an "Access Denied" error message?
Due to the new JagTrax upgrade, you may experience an “Access Denied” error message upon logging via POUNCE. Users receiving the error message should close all browsers including Banner, clear your cache and history, then try logging in again. If you still receive an error message please email jagtrax@augusta.edu.

What does the error message "No Student Data Exists" mean?
There may be several reasons why a student does not have a JagTrax audit. If the student ID number shows "No Student Data Exists" in JagTrax that could mean:
