Personal Training involves designing a workout plan to suit your individual needs. Your Personal Trainer will assist you in attaining the goals you set for yourself based upon your Fitness Assessment.

Half hour and one hour sessions are available. We also offer a Partner Training program. Please contact the Campus Recreation Center for more information.

Consultation - $15

1-hour personalized session to navigate Campus Recreation Center equipment and discuss personal fitness goals/needs.

Fitness Assessment - $20

30-minute session that includes the following tests: cardiovascular capacity, strength, endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
