Class Description

Barre (45 minutes)
Barre class is designed to be a full-body, muscle endurance workout. The class focuses on major muscle groups including arms, legs, glutes and core. The muscles in each group are fatigued via small targeted movements, high numbers of repetitions, and light resistance. This workout is inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen your body. The workout also develops agility and flexibility.

Bootcamp (45 minutes)
Bootcamp is taught by an experienced trainer and focuses on improving strength and conditioning through a variety of training techniques, free weights, and stability exercises. All routines are adapted to a variety of skill levels - designed to include beginners new to working out and seasoned lifters alike. Through circuit and interval training, we'll have you looking and feeling like a true athlete!

Functional Fitness (45 minutes)
This is a group fitness program which utilizes equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, resistance bands, and bodyweight training to build the essential foundations for movement in life.

Hip Hop (45 minutes)
High-intensity dance fitness moves to fun hip hop, Caribbean, and Afro beats! These hip hop routines include core and full-body movements that create a great workout!

PiYo (45 minutes)
PiYo is a cardio class designed to burn calories and make you sweat. Choreographed sequences are sped up to maximize results. This body stretch workout is for those who want to burn fat and tone muscle. The combination of speeding the poses up and integrating dance and martial arts, works the entire body. This dynamic fusion workout is easy on the joints and delivers strength, balance, agility and flexibility. 

Pump 30 (30 minutes)
This class is a 30 minute, high intensity class which uses circuit training for a full  body workout.

Spin (45 minutes)
This class will help increase your cardiovascular endurance as you to pedal your way through a variety of resistance hills, climbs, and intervals.

WERQ (45 minutes)
Based on the hottest pop and hip-hop music, WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout designed from today’s biggest hits! 

Yoga (45 minutes)
Designed to calm the spirit, focus on the mind, and challenge the body. Yoga class addresses strength and flexibility through a range of yoga poses. All levels are welcome!
