Group Fitness Programs


The Group Fitness Program is a fun and unique opportunity for you to reach your fitness and wellness goals! A wide variety of classes are available for all interests and skill levels. Each class is taught by an experienced and certified instructor and is free to students and members.

Class Descriptions

Bootcamp (45 min) - This Bootcamp is headed by an experienced trainer and aimed to improve strength and conditioning through a variety of athletic based training techniques, free weights, and stability exercises.  All routines can be adapted to a variety of skill levels, making this bootcamp perfect for beginners new to working out and seasoned lifters alike.  Through circuit and interval training we will have you looking and feeling like a true athlete!

Spin (45 min) - This class will help increase your cardiovascular endurance as it leads you to pedal your way through a variety of resistance hills, climbs, and intervals.

Beginning Strength & Conditioning (45 min) - Beginning Strength & Conditioning is designed to target anyone at the gym, but it is especially designed to be that next step for beginners.  The class will teach and practice new exercises and give the fundamentals on how to do each exercise. On top of teaching new exercises, this class will provide the knowledge and give a clear understanding of how to structure your workouts. This class will adjust the difficulty based on the level of participant so that everyone will have a fantastic workout!

Belly Dance (1 hr) - This intro class is a supportive and welcoming space. Come learn the bellafuse technique as a gateway to personal empowerment, better fitness, improved coordination, and a better mind-body connection. All shapes, sizes, ages, and genders are welcome!

Yoga (45 min) -   Designed to calm the spirit, focus on the mind, and challenge the body.  This class addresses strength and flexibility through a range of yoga poses.  All levels are welcome!

WERQ (45 min) - Based on the hottest pop and hip-hop music, WERQ is a wildly addictive cardio dance workout designed from today’s biggest hits! 

Zumba – (45 min -  Every class feels like a party! Get ready to enjoy a high energy dance fitness class for all fitness levels featuring and exciting combination of Latin, Caribbean, Afrobeat, and Hip Hop music. You are guaranteed to burn tons of calories and have a great time doing it!
