Augusta University believes that group visits are a special opportunity for organizations/their participants to get to know our campus.  These visits provide for an engaging and memorable experience which is distinct from our Daily Campus Visits, which are designed for individual students and their families. Whether you are more interested in one particular college on our campus or want to know more about the support services available to Augusta University students, our team will create a visit centered on your group and students' needs and interests.

Each group visit will include an information session with an Admissions Counselor and a walking tour of the Summerville and Health Sciences campuses with an 1828 Ambassador, a current student and representative of the Office of Academic Admissions. Group Visits also include exposure to other campus partners and their work with Augusta University students.

Important Notes

  • Group visit requests will be managed by the Coordinator of the Campus Visit Experience in the Office of Academic Admissions.
  • Group visits are scheduled and hosted during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday. It is strongly recommended that group visits be requested at least one month in advance of your preferred visit date to allow for proper planning and staffing. A minimum of three weeks' planning time is required for any group visit.
