Congratulations on your offer of admission to Augusta University!  Whether you're ready to pay your tuition deposit, or just want to check out your housing options and learn more about Augusta University, this is the place to start.

Pay the Tuition Deposit (if applicable)

To accept your admission and pay your deposit online, you will need the ID# and password included with your offer letter in your welcome packet. If you've changed your password since receiving your offer letter, use the new password.

Incoming first-time Freshman and continuing students (an AU student who applied & was accepted into Nursing, Allied Health, or Graduate/Professional School) are encouraged to pay their non-refundable deposit online using POUNCE. First-time Freshman will use these directions. Allied Health/Nursing/Graduate Contracts and any other required documents can be returned via US mail.

 New incoming Allied Health, Nursing, and Graduate/Professional students are encouraged to pay their deposit
 using our AU Marketplace and return their admissions agreement via US Mail.

• New students can also mail their deposit to the Bursar’s Office. Please include the student name and ID
   number on the check. Make Checks Payable to: Augusta University, Address: Augusta University Business

POUNCE is your secure and personalized online resource for accessing your important and confidential university information. POUNCE is available to Augusta University applicants, current students, and faculty/staff, day or night, seven days a week, from anywhere in the world.  


Learn about living options in residence halls; the priority system for assigning university housing; and the advantages of accepting your offer of admission as early as possible. To reserve space in university residence halls, you will need to submit a university housing contract after you accept your offer of admission.

If you have accepted your offer of admission, paid your acceptance fee, and decided that you want to live in university residence halls or apartments, you can complete your housing contract online.


For fall entering students Invitations for New Student Orientation are emailed to those undergraduate students who have been accepted starting on January 1st. New undergraduate students entering in spring or summer terms can expect to receive Orientation invitations via email several weeks ahead of the start of the term. Students can sign up for their preferred Orientation date online and are encouraged to do so as soon as possible after acceptance.
