First Time Freshmen

Pay the Tuition Deposit (if applicable)

Incoming first-time Freshmen are encouraged to pay their $200 non-refundable deposit online using POUNCE following these directions.

To accept your admission and pay your deposit online, you will need the ID# and password included with your offer letter in your welcome packet. If you've changed your password since receiving your offer letter, use the new password.

New students can also mail their deposit to the Bursar’s Office. Please include the student name and ID number on the check. Make Checks Payable to:

 Submit Housing Deposit and Contract

Learn about living options in residence halls; the priority system for assigning university housing; and the advantages of accepting your offer of admission as early as possible. The priority deadline for housing deposits and contracts is May 1. To reserve space in university residence halls, you will need to submit a university housing contract and deposit after you submit your tuition deposit. You can complete the housing contract and deposit online.

ORIENTATION

For students entering in the fall, invitations for New Student Orientation are emailed to accepted undergraduate students starting on January 1st. New undergraduate students entering in spring or summer terms can expect to receive Orientation invitations via email several weeks ahead of the term start date. Students can sign up for their preferred Orientation date online and are encouraged to do so as soon as possible after depositing.

Allied Health/Nursing/Graduate/Professional Students

New incoming Allied Health, Nursing, and Graduate/Professional students are encouraged to pay their deposit using our AU Marketplace.

Continuing students (an AU student who applied & was accepted into Nursing, Allied Health, or Graduate/Professional School) are encouraged to pay their non-refundable deposit online using POUNCE.
