As a student, modifications may be made to your schedule after registration ends, during Add/Drop via POUNCE. Add/Drop allows you to add or drop courses to your schedule without academic penalty. Once Add/Drop has ended, no courses may be added or dropped.
PLEASE NOTE: A change in your enrollment status, may affect tuition and fees. Payment is due by 5PM each day of Add/Drop or your courses may be dropped for non-payment.
A withdrawal form is used to withdraw from a class or all classes at Augusta University after Add/Drop has ended.
The official withdrawal date is the the date the student notifies the Registrar's Office of their intent to withdraw by submitting the completed withdrawal form.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are only processed for full withdrawals from all classes.
