The Division of Information Technology supports technological campus-wide systems and applications to enhance teaching, learning, and research. We aim to provide our faculty and staff with secure, effective technology resources and solutions while delivering excellence in customer service.

We are here 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to help you with your technology needs. We have you covered, from assistance with our Learning Management Systems (LMS) to password retrieval to support with AU-approved software and systems and all your technology classroom needs. Our division is also home to our Cyber Defense team, which protects our internet-connected devices and services from malicious attacks by cybercriminals.

NetID Account

Augusta University IT software applications require a username and password in order to gain access. You can log into these services using your Augusta University NetID, received from HR upon your employment. Your NetID is the key to all of your universitysystems. Please be sure to protect the security of your NetID and password.
