The assignment history provides a list of courses taught, both past and present. The information includes term, CRN, Course, Title, Credits, Level, Campus, Instructional Method, If Open for Registration, and Status of the course.

ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION

At the end of Add/Drop the Registrar's Office contacts class instructors to request that they verify their class roster via POUNCE.

FACULTY DETAIL SCHEDULE

Provides detailed course information, to include Course Title, CRN, Subject, Course Number, Section, Status, Available for Registration Dates, College, Department, Part of Term, Course Credits, Course Levels, Campus, Override, Rosters, Office Hours, Enrollment Counts (maximum, actual and remaining), Cross List Counts (maximum, actual, and remaining), Class Type, Time, Days, Room, Date Range, Schedule Type, and Instructors.

OFFICE HOURS

Faculty can enter Office Hours for each course for the semester. Office hours information includes From Time, To Time, Day of the Week, Contact Number, Location, From Date, To Date, and a Display Option. You can also choose to copy to other courses.

GRADING

FINAL GRADES

Final grades must be submitted by the University deadline each semester. Primary instructors are required to submit final grades through POUNCE.

GRADE CHANGE

Grade changes can be done by using the grade change workflow available on the Faculty menu in POUNCE or via paper form, which may be requested from the Registrar's Office.

JUSTIFICATION FOR INCOMPLETE GRADES

The justification for incomplete grades must be submitted each time you permit a student to receive an incomplete grade for the semester. Simply select the term, CRN and student, enter the reason for the incomplete and click Done.
