Recent updates made to JagTrax that may effect a large number of our users are listed below in descending chronological order.
MATH 1401 will be added to all prior JagTrax blocks beginning January 21, 2020. Since the new course, MATH 1401 is equivalent to MATH 2210 the courses will be counted the same in JagTrax.
Users receiving the error message should open JagTrax in a new window using Incognito Mode. Users can also remedy the error by closing all browsers including Banner, clearing your cache and history, then try logging in again. If you still receive an error message please email jagtrax@augusta.edu.
