and stethoscope.
Review EMR Training Videos: If you have not completed a medicine history reconciliation or updated social history
of your patient, please attempt to do so during this block.
NOTE: Remember you must get a 2.5 or 3 on your documentation feedback for block 9 or 10.
If you do not you will do remediation during October. Reviewing the below should set
you up for success to receive a 2.5 or 3 on your feedback.
May focus on Cranial Nerve Exam this block as will have same pre-work exam video for
block 10 where can review a more comprehensive neuro telehealth exam
Complete your patient's note by 5:00 PM the day after your patient encounter and sign/submit
your note to Clinical Experience Preceptor for signature and PCL preceptor as a reviewer.
If you have an SP encounter, send note to PCL preceptor in email for feedback. If
this is not completed on time, you will lose professionalism points.
COMPLETE YOUR BLS MODULE PRIOR TO YOUR CLINIC DAY!!!! Print your certificate and bring
it with you to a lab.
You MUST do this even if you have a current BLS certification.
If you do NOT complete your module and bring your certificate, you will have to re-do
your practical experience with the AHA center (2nd floor CJ) at a cost of $70 (paid
by you).
