Collaborate with The CREW
The CREW shall strive to offer opportunities for Recognized Student Organizations and university departments to collaborate with and co-sponsor events and programs.
Requirements for Collaboration
In order for an event to be co-sponsored by The CREW, the following requirements shall be met:
- The co-sponsored event shall be an event in which the Recognized Student Organization and The CREW's desires, expectations, missions, and visions are all met in a mutually inclusive manner.
- The co-sponsorship must go through the President and staff Advisors for approval.
- The requesting organization must complete all necessary steps for meetings and paperwork at least 1 month in advance of the event date.
- Once the co-sponsorship outreach has been confirmed via email, the Administrative team will contact you regarding next steps for paperwork and required meetings.
- A representative of the requesting organization must be in attendance at each scheduled planning meeting.
- The CREW shall not fund or contribute more than 40% of the event.
- The CREW logo must be placed on all promotional materials for any collaboration event.
