Our training services help students, faculty, and staff grow in technology, with at-the-elbow and group training, in addition to support resources like illustrated tutorials and how-to videos, housed in our Knowledge Base.

Instructor-led training

Every college at Augusta University has assigned to it an Instructional Systems Analyst (ISA).  ISAs are your source for training, troubleshooting and problem-solving for our instructional systems, including Box, Desire2Learn (LMS), Echo360 (lecture capture), WebEx (video conferencing) and Exam-Soft (digital test delivery).
