Augusta University offers two residence halls in downtown Augusta, Georgia, to our graduate and first-year students, as well as a residence hall on our Forest Hills Campus for undergraduate students.

Oak Hall, dedicated to the first-year experience, offers 412 beds within a five story building. Elm Hall—home to our graduate students—features 312 apartments, including studio style, one-bedroom style, and two-bedroom style spaces.

Uniquely designed with the students in mind, the colors, layout, furnishings and variety of open spaces for greeting, gathering, chatting, and studying make for a unique and unforgettable residential on-campus experience.

University Village

Undergraduate students at Augusta University have the opportunity to live at University Village, a gated, fully-furnished apartment style community located on the Forest Hills Campus. Two and Four Bedroom apartments are available, each designed with a kitchen equipped with appliances, a furnished common area, and two bathrooms in each apartment.
