Augusta University offers two residence halls in downtown Augusta, Georgia, as well as a residence hall on our Forest Hills Campus, to undergraduate students.
Oak Hall, dedicated to the first-year experience, offers 412 beds within a five story building. Elm Hall features 312 apartments, including studio style, one-bedroom style, and two-bedroom style spaces.
Uniquely designed with the students in mind, the colors, layout, furnishings and variety of open spaces for greeting, gathering, chatting, and studying make for a unique and unforgettable residential on-campus experience.
Undergraduate First Year students at Augusta University have the opportunity to live
at Oak Hall, a high-rise community located on the Health Sciences Campus. Two Bedroom
suites are available, each designed with a common area, a furnished bedroom, and bathrooms
in each unit.
