The housing contract is a legally binding agreement between the resident and the Board of Regents and the University System of Georgia that secures a living space.

The housing contract:

By executing your contract online, you are agreeing to the terms of the housing contract and making a commitment to live on campus and to pay rates for the fall and spring semesters and, in some cases, summer semester.

For your specific contract, make sure when you sign your contract, you print a copy while in the Housing Portal. Download a general copy of the housing contract below for review prior to logging into the Housing Portal.

GRADUATE HOUSING CONTRACT

Fall Graduates

I plan to graduate Fall Semester. How do I know I won't be charged for Spring Semester?

Congratulations on your achievement! We have a list given to us by the Office of the Registrar that lets us know who will be graduating each semester. We want you to graduate so there is no penalty if you cancel your contract due to graduation. Make sure you cancel your Spring Contract within the Housing Portal and list "graduation" as your reason.
