Words of wisdom, inspiration, advice - and a new white coat!
The White Coat Ceremony is a meaningful, annual Graduate School tradition at Augusta University. Each incoming PhD student is presented with a white coat marking their entry into their PhD program and as a symbol of the high standards of professionalism expected as a student and throughout their careers. The program includes remarks from special guests and Graduate School faculty award winners who reflect on the fundamental values of honesty, integrity and professionalism in relation to their own personal experiences and career path.
