On a program day, Orientation Leaders help the team keep students informed and moving in the right direction. The work includes:
The exact schedule changes by program. Listening, communicating changes, and staying connected with the team are part of the work each time.
Answer clearly, keep the explanation focused, and make sure the student knows what to do next.
Say so. Then find the staff member or office that owns the answer instead of guessing.
Stay with your group, communicate the update, and help the larger team keep the program moving.
