Student Learning Outcome (SLO) Assessment is the process of gathering information from multiple and diverse sources in order to develop a deep understanding of what a program knows about its students' learning and what it can do with that knowledge to improve the education of its students.
The division provides assessment support to all educational programs, general education, and academic and student services that support student achievement to ensure a culture of continuous improvement is an integral aspect of the university's commitment to sustaining and enhancing academic quality and student success.
Anthology Planning software: Anthology Planning is Augusta University's system of reporting for Student Learning Outcomes (SLO) information.

As an alternative, programs are welcome to use our Word templates, available on our IE + Resources page.
To further support participants in the SLO Assessment process at AU, IE has built out program-specific reporting templates, each folder tailored to the program's reporting cycle. Whether a program is completing only the required Measurement Performance Report (MPR) or also submitting an a Comprehensive Assessment Report (CAR), the correct number and type of templates are clearly labeled and organized at the program level within your college or school's IE collaborative BOX Folder.
