PeopleSoft Financials system is a database used to catalog ordering, manage budget, inquiry on data, and track financial data for Augusta University. To have access to the PeopleSoft Financials system, you will be required to submit a security request from. These forms are for department users, finance, and DSPA users. The access will allow users to create requisitions, asset inquiry report processing, and department inquiry.
Health eShop is the initial database and catalog management system. It is the shopping tool for a variety of users, including researchers, department managers, and office staff. To gain this access a user must complete Health eShop Shopper form. This access will allow a user to browse through various catalogs of approved vendors and select items they need.
COA Maintenance for Departments forms are used to manage the departmental financial structure of Augusta University within the PeopleSoft Financials system. It is used to establish and modify the organizational and approval data that controls approvals of financial transactions. These forms provide functions, which vary depending on the selections made by the user. The functions include create a new department ID, update the approval hierarchy, recording of individuals authorized to function as signatories for a department, changing a department's name, inactivating a department ID.
Used to request approval for budget exceptions, this form ensures proper documentation and justification for exceeding budget limits. A sample form is provided to guide users through the completion process.
