The Promotion & Tenure Committee only reviews materials for tenured faculty.
Duties of the committee include reviewing all prior recommendations for due process and adherence to each unit’s published guidelines. The committee also shall provide guidelines for college and department level P&T processes and review College level P&T guidelines to make sure there are no conflicts.
Membership
One tenured representative from each college serves a three-year term and are appointed by their College/School. If a college has no tenured faculty, then they do not have a representation on the P&T Committee.
