Sterotactic Table in Use

The 12-month Breast Imaging Fellowship includes dedicated training in Digital Mammography, Tomosynthesis, Ultrasound, Breast MRI, and image-guided procedures.

Our fellows will become proficient in performing a wide array of percutaneous interventional breast procedures and have access to ample research opportunities at this vibrant academic institution. 

MCG participates in the Breast Imaging Fellowship Match Program sponsored by the National Resident Matching Program. Interested candidates should use the universal application found on the Society of Breast Imaging website.

Applicants for this position should be graduated from an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology Program and should be board eligible or already certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Our Mission

The mission of our program in Breast Imaging is to provide our fellows with a high-quality education and clinical training in all aspects of Breast Imaging. Our goals are the development of proficient skills in mammography, ultrasound, and MRI interpretation and interventions in a supervised academic environment, including research and teaching opportunities.
