Jaguar Community

Student Organizations are required to be registered in JAG Life.  Once registered, they can submit information about any events, meetings, or activities the organization sponsors to be approved.  Upon receiving approval, organizations can advertise their events to other students and student organizations via JAG Life.

JAG Life

Student Life & Engagement (SLE) adopted JAG Life as its primary means of communication and interaction with student organizations. JAG Life will allow us to be paperless in many areas, as well as use the many different tools to keep organizations seamlessly in the loop.

Benefits

JAG Life empowers student leaders with the ability to more effectively manage their organization. Organizations are able, among other things, to: manage organization records, store and share important documents, communicate with members, plan and publicize events, track service hours and meeting attendance, collect dues, and significantly reduce paperwork.

Each student has his/her own personal involvement feed, making it much easier to stay informed and up-to-speed on activities and events occurring within the organizations they are a part of. JAG Life centralizes each student's information, allowing them to more effectively manage their organization memberships and track co-curricular involvement.

Announcements

JAG LIfe may be accessed by all Augusta University students from their Jagnet account or from the Student Life & Engagement website. It provides access to information on all currently active student organizations including, events, fundraisers, meetings, organization profiles, membership process, and even more information. By posting an announcement in JAG Life you have the potential to reach approximately 2,500 members and leaders of student organizations.

During the academic term of 2013-2014 there were 3,435 student log ins to JAG Life and the 2017-2018 could potentially exceed that number. Please note PawPrints reaches our entire student population through email and you may not utilize both PawPrints and JAG Life Student Leader Email for the same announcement.
JAG Life Announcements are published on the 1st and 15th of each month (with the exception of holidays) during the academic year and remain posted for 2 weeks.

All submissions are due at least 1 week prior to the publication and email disbursement dates.
All request must be submitted, approved, and posted by the office of Student Life & Engagement to be published or emailed.
