BS in Chemistry

Put your math and science skills to use and get you into a graduate program to solidify the career path you want. Include concentrations in: Biochemistry, Forensic Science, Medicinal Chemistry, Nuclear Science, Teach Education.

Nuclear Science

This concentration of the Chemistry, BS will prepare graduates to enter nuclear power plant specific training or attend graduate school for nuclear chemistry or nuclear engineering.

BA in Chemistry

Paired with a second major in biological science, social science or liberal arts, a BA in Chemistry can make you an attractive candidate for any number of graduate and professional programs.

Minor in Chemistry

There is also sufficient flexibility to explore a classic or specialized field of chemistry within the minor.  If you continue in chemistry, only a few classes beyond the minor are needed to earn a BA in Chemistry as a second degree.

Dual- Degree Pharmacy (3+4 Program)

An accelerated dual-degree program with the University of Georgia, designed to help Chemistry majors at Augusta Univeristy transfer into UGA's Doctor of Pharmacy program.Courses will cover requirements for a BS in Chemistry and UGA's Pharmacy prerequisites.
