I was born in Atlanta and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs. My interest in neurology
began during undergrad at the University of Pennsylvania while working with epilepsy
patients in the Kahana Computational Memory Lab. During medical school at Emory,
I was drawn to Pediatrics as well as neurology, so I focused my research on neurodevelopmental
outcomes among children with single ventricle physiology. Due to my interests, I
pursued the child neurology program at MCG, which will train me to care for patients
with neurologic disease from birth through adulthood. In my free time, I enjoy hanging
with my co-residents, playing drums and guitar, and improving my vegetarian cooking
skills.
