APPLICATION PROCESS AND REQUIREMENTS

 

GENERAL INFO

Trainees accepted each year:

6 General Neurology 

1 Pediatric Neurology

Requirements: Applications and supporting materials are accepted only through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Application requirements:

* CV
* At least 3 letters of recommendation
* Dean's Letter
* Transcript
* USMLE score reports (three digit scores>=220)
* Personal Statement
* Augusta University requires a J-1 Visa
* Foreign Medical Graduates should have clinical experience in the United States (i.e observerships, clinical rotations, ect.) in the past five years and should not be more than five years from graduating medical school.

A valid ECFMG certificate is required by the start date of your internship.
