Shaping Workforce Leaders:
Augusta University, in partnership with ADP, through the Women’s Leadership Academy, empowers undergraduate women to build leadership, professionalism, and career readiness skills. Through mentorship from ADP professionals, students strengthen networking, interviewing, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The program also promotes community engagement through volunteerism and local events. This partnership strengthens the local talent pipeline, expands ADP’s presence, and recognizes student and mentor achievements through scholarships.
