Submit your completed application and required documents by February 23, 2026 (February
27, 2026, deadline for letters of recommendation) to mcgaim@augusta.edu, attention MCG AIM application.
When submitting your application, please note the following:
- Save the completed application document as Last name, First initial_AIM application
2026. (e.g. NelsonA_AIM Application 2026).
- When submitting other required documents, please follow the naming criteria stated above
to save the file, if all documents cannot be saved as one file. (e.g., NelsonA_Georgia Residency_AIM application
2026)
- Send completed application and required documents to mcgaim@augusta.edu, subject: Last name First initial_MCG AIM application 2026. (e.g. NelsonA_MCG AIM
