Teaching Scholars Fellowship
Welcome to the EII Teaching Scholars Fellowship Track
The overarching goal of the Educational Innovation Institute (EII) Fellowship Programs
is to encourage faculty from our university to pursue high quality scholarly work
in education. As such, we are pleased to invite applications from faculty in all Augusta
University faculty and staff. Applicants should demonstrate a clear interest in health
sciences education to be eligible.
Each fellow is expected to devote one-half day per week (10%) to group, independent,
and mentored activities related to the fellowships. The Teaching Scholars Fellowship
is a rigorous training program for health science educators seeking to enhance their
expertise in teaching, curriculum and program development, learner evaluation, and
mentoring. Upon completion of the fellowship, faculty will have the knowledge and
skills to be educational leaders in their Departments and Colleges.
Applications for the next Fellowship will be announced at a later date.
