As Augusta University continues to advance the priorities and momentum of the current strategic plan, Creating a Legacy Like No Other, we are embarking on a comprehensive strategic planning process to define our future direction and aspirations. In partnership with Deloitte Consulting LLP, we will engage our community in envisioning Augusta University’s future over the next 25 years while developing a focused, actionable five-year plan to begin realizing that vision. We will engage stakeholders across our university and broader community to assess our strengths, explore emerging opportunities and challenges, and develop a bold, actionable vision for Augusta University’s future.
