We support the organization in delivering low cost, high quality education and healthcare by providing effective and efficient supply chain operations (such as purchasing, distribution, asset management and inventory control) and assisting others in the organization to maximize all supply chain resources.

We want to alert you to an active email / phone scam involving purchase orders and requests for product quotations that purport to originate from Augusta University but are in fact fraudulent. While the university cannot prevent this illegal activity, we are actively working with law enforcement to investigate these  fraudulent email contacts.

Purchasing is dedicated to providing quality value-added services to our customers. We directly support the institutional needs by purchasing supplies, equipment and services at the lowest total life cycle cost.Purchasing

The Purchasing Card Program offers a convenient and user-friendly method of procuring and paying for low value goods and services and simplifies the procurement process by reducing paperwork, speeding up vendor payments and empowering the end users.Purchasing Card (P-Card)

Diversity Supplier Program

The Supplier Diversity Program's aim is to increase the participation level of the CSRA's local, small and minority business enterprises in the procurement process. These services include supplier fairs, campus departmental visits and business building workshops.

Acquisition of Assets

Logistics & Property Management maintains Augusta University inventory records for movable property costing $3,000 or more and having a life expectancy of at least three years. It also serves as liaison for shredding, recycling and records management; provides moving services and manages surplus furniture and equipment throughout the university.Acquisition of Assets

Mail Services

Enterprise Campus Mail Services provides interoffice and U.S. Postal Services for Augusta University Enterprise. The Customer Service Counter provides limited U.S. Post Office services. Mail Services
