Art Student Awarded Wier/Stewart Scholarship for Summer Visual Arts Residency at Chautauqua
Arthur Youngblood is the recipient of this newly-formed scholarship through the Chautauqua
Institute and the local design firm Wier/Stewart (Alex Wier and Daniel Stewart). The
scholarship is designed to fully cover seven weeks of room, board, and tuition for
study at the prestigious Visual Arts Program of the Chautauqua Institute in Chautauqua,
