The Medical College of Georgia is comprised of a main four-year campus located in Augusta, a four-year campus in Athens (established in partnership with UGA) and three clinical campuses located in the Southwest, Southeast, and Northwest areas of the state. The regional campus model of distributed clinical education offers many outstanding options for student learning. The competency-based curriculum is designed to help students develop the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors to be well prepared for residency training and the future practice of medicine.
