Aggressor Adventures Ambassador Award

Wayne BrownAs a Hull Ambassador, a student will be eligible to receive the annual Aggressor Adventures Ambassador Award. The award will be given to the student(s) who exhibits the most commitment, enthusiasm, and activity in promoting the Hull College brand as an Ambassador.

The award is named for Aggressor Adventures, founded by Wayne Brown, the benefactor of the Hull Ambassadors Program.

After graduating high school, Brown joined the U.S. Air Force and was trained as a medic in emergency rooms and aeromedical evacuation missions. After eight years, Brown left the military and started working for Taco Bell Corporate. Working his way into the franchise system, he became the owner of 60 Taco Bell locations, which he later sold in 2006.

Brown purchased Aggressor Adventures in April 2007, and subsequently purchased a competitor, Dancer Fleet, in March 2008. Aggressor Adventures, which opened in 1984, provides an opportunity for passionate deep-water divers to get more bottom time without the hassle of hauling gear back and forth to the dock each day, while also offering a place to relax between dives.

Brown served the Augusta University Foundation as a trustee from 2008-2011.
