 Teaching Interests
My teaching interest centers on fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and intellectual independence among nursing students. I guide students to explore complex problems through their own reasoning and experiences, encouraging dialogue and ethical reflection. By creating space for innovation and inquiry, I aim to develop confident, self-directed nursing practitioners prepared to lead and transform healthcare.

Research Interests
My research explores the intersection of healthcare innovation, education, and leadership, with a particular focus on telehealth, instructional design, and systems-level change. I am especially interested in how technology-enhanced learning and collaborative inquiry can improve clinical training, professional development, and healthcare delivery. Through mixed-methods and case-based approaches, I aim to generate practical insights that inform both academic and organizational practice.
