Department of Endodontics
Theodore Ravenel, DMD is an Associate Professor at The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. He received his DMD followed by a General Practice Residency from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He obtained a certificate in Endodontics from the University of Maryland. He was in private practice in the upstate of SC for 13 years before transitioning back to the Medical University to serve as Endodontics Residency Director and eventually Division Chief. He joined the Dental College of Georgia in July of 2024 and now serves as the Predoctoral Endodontic Program Director. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a Fellow in the American College of Dentists, Academy of General Dentistry, and Pierre Fauchard Academy.
