Teaching Interests

My teaching interests include Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Management, Entrepreneurship, and leadership development, with an emphasis on experiential and inclusive learning.

Research Interests

My research focuses on leadership equity, organizational effectiveness, and the turnover and retention of women in academic and executive leadership roles. I am committed to advancing scholarship that strengthens institutional performance and bridges theory and practice within nonprofit higher education.
