Dr Smitha Suraj joined the Internal Medicine Ambulatory Care Center Faculty team as an Assistant Professor, on September 1st, 2021.
She is passionate about ensuring the best possible care for all patients. She Is very compassionate, and strives her best to do whatever is possible for the well-being of her patients.
She attended the Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA, to do her Residency Training.
She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
She enjoys learning Medicine, because Medicine is always evolving and a rapidly changing field!
She spends her free time traveling or getting involved with community activities, and her hobbies.

Dr. Suraj can speak fluently: English, Malayalam, and Hindi
