Discrete mathematics, particularly in the areas of abstract algebra, combinatorics, graph theory, and number theory. Also interested in teaching elementary probability, statistics, and data analysis/data science.

Research Interests
Research interests include the interplay between commutative algebra (commutative rings with zero-divisors) and graph theory - studying the structure of rings via their zero-divisor graphs and vice versa. Other research interests are enumerative combinatorics, particularly finding constructive proofs of identities involving counting sequences, and inversion problems involving convolutions of counting sequences.
