Bio

Dr. Melissa Hunt grew up in Houston, Texas. She earned her Certificate in Dental Hygiene in 1995 and DDS in 2000 from The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston. She completed a Preceptorship in Dental Implantology at University of Texas, San Antonio in 2016, which led her to sell her private practice after 17 years to pursue a Prosthodontics residency. Dr. Hunt earned her Certificate in Prosthodontics from The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University in 2020. She is now an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Dentistry.
