Texas native and lifelong educator with 32 years’ experience across all levels. A proud Double Jag with advanced degrees in education specializing in leadership, curriculum, and teacher support. Currently serving as an administrator in Richmond County Schools.
My teaching interests encompass curriculum and instruction, school improvement initiatives, and the development of comprehensive support systems for induction teachers. I am committed to advancing effective educational practices that promote continuous improvement and professional growth within learning communities. My work is driven by a dedication to fostering student success through innovative, research-based strategies that enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
My research interests center on curriculum design and instructional practices that drive school improvement and enhance teacher effectiveness. I am particularly focused on strategies that support induction teachers and promote sustainable professional growth. My work aims to identify evidence-based approaches that improve teaching quality and ultimately advance student achievement.
