My teaching interests encompass curriculum and instruction, school improvement initiatives, and the development of comprehensive support systems for induction teachers. My work is driven by a dedication to fostering student success through innovative, research-based strategies that enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

Research Interests

I am particularly focused on strategies that support induction teachers and promote sustainable professional growth. My work aims to identify evidence-based approaches that improve teaching quality and ultimately advance student achievement.
