Teaching Interests

​Teaching interests are focused on pediatric otolaryngology and pediatric otology. I am also very interested in resident ​education and curriculum design. I am currently completing my PhD in ​Education with a focus on Curriculum Design. I am on track to finish by Spring of 2026. Finally, I am interested in the utilization of simulation and 3D printed material in learning temporal bone anatomy and otology surgery.

Research Interests

My research interests are also focused on pediatric otolaryngology and pediatric otology. I am interested in outcomes research, as well as measures of resident education and learning.
My clinical interests mirror my teaching and research interests. My clinical interests are focused in pediatric otolaryngology in general and pediatric otology in particular. I am particularly interested in pediatric hearing loss and treatment options for hearing loss including cochlear implants and bone anchored hearing aids. I am also particularly interested in chronic ear disease and cholesteatoma and treatment options.
