Research Interests

Our studies focus on developing targeted drugs for cancer therapy and developing ultra-sensitive probes for disease early detection. We are using siRNAs and aptamers to design the novel gene therapeutics which have potential to solve the problems of off-target effect and toxicity of current chemotherapy. We functionalize quantum dot nanoparticles for multiplexed ultrasensitive detection of disease biomarkers
