Department of Physical Therapy
I am passionate about teaching physical therapy learners the foundational principles of the profession, ensuring they build a strong base of knowledge and skills. I find great fulfillment in guiding learners as they grow into confident professionals by fostering personal leadership and self-awareness. I also enjoy helping learnders development their clinical reasoning, especially when navigating the complexities of treating clients with multifaceted needs.
My research focuses on exploring the relationship between physical activity and joint health in individuals with hemophilia, aiming to improve quality of life and clinical outcomes. I am also deeply interested in identifying the key components that contribute to student success within graduate-level physical therapy programs. Through this dual focus, I strive to bridge clinical research with educational development to enhance both patient care and professional training.
