I am a cancer biologist with profound interest in inflammation, tumor microenvironment, immune suppression, angiogenesis, vasculogenesis and metastasis hallmarks. I have been trained at NCI-NIH, Henry Ford Hospital and Augusta University (previously Georgia Regents University or Medical College of Georgia) to carryout animal studies involving bone marrow transplantation, tumor microenvironment, myeloid cell polarization, TGFBR2 knockout in myeloid cells and fibroblasts and establishing chimeric mice models. I have experience in gastric cancer, glioblastoma and breast cancer in vitro and in vivo models.
