Scholarship
Selected Recent Publications
- Nicotinic mechanisms influencing synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus, 2009
Journal Article, Academic Journal
Research Interests
I am currently developing analysis tools for electrophysiology data from human brain organoids. I am also developing models of cell networks for integration of electrophysiology data. Specific applications and areas of research interest include:
- Molecular mechanisms of synaptic plasticity underlying normal and maladaptive behavior
- The role of the integrated stress response in brain health and disease
- Models of neural circuits and systems
