I aim to create a supportive and safe learning environment that enables all students to succeed and feel empowered throughout their educational experiences.
My teaching interests center on empowering K–12 educators through meaningful, sustainable technology integration.
My mixed-methods research background focuses on how digital competencies, leadership practices, and instructional support systems influence teachers’ beliefs and classroom implementation of educational technology. I am committed to leveraging these insights to build instructional cultures where innovation, student engagement, and equitable access to digital learning thrive.
