
Psi Chi Summary Statement
Psi Chi at Augusta University is the International Honor Society in Psychology, dedicated to fostering academic excellence, professional development, and engagement with psychological science. Our chapter provides students with opportunities to explore diverse areas of psychology through meetings, events, research support, and community involvement. While formal membership offers access to Psi Chi–exclusive scholarships, conferences, and national opportunities, our chapter meetings and events are open to all students interested in psychology. We strive to create an inclusive, supportive space for students to connect, learn, and grow.
Psychology Club Summary Statement
The Psychology Club is a student organization open to all students with an interest in psychology, regardless of major. Members can attend social gatherings, study sessions, discussion panels, and mental health training.

The mission of Psi Chi at Augusta University is to encourage, stimulate, and maintain excellence in scholarship while advancing the science of psychology. We are committed to supporting students’ academic and professional growth, promoting a supportive community, local outreach fundraising, and fostering curiosity about human behavior. Through inclusive events, mentorship, and engagement with research and applied psychology, our chapter aims to empower students for a future of contributing meaningfully to the field of psychology and to their communities.
